			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To those for whom the title of this note is compelling rather than sleep-inducing, you may be interested to know that an article I co-wrote with the chair of the <a href="http://www.ngoleader.org">School of Leadership and Development</a> at Eastern University has been published in Transformation, the quarterly journal of the <a href="http://www.ocms.ac.uk">Oxford Centre for Mission Studies</a>. Though Transformation is a legitimate scholarly journal that costs serious money, the current issue is available electronically for free on a limited basis <a href="http://trn.sagepub.com">here</a>. Just a little FYI.</p>
